3. Pilot Programme

CML currently operates a pilot programme intended for authorised adult users such as teachers, school leaders, educational organisations, partners, and approved administrators. Participation in the pilot programme may be limited, modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

4. Account Access

Only authorised users may create accounts or access restricted areas of the platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity associated with their accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the platform or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.
• Do not interfere with platform security.
• Do not use the platform to generate inappropriate educational material.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer platform functionality.
• Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data into AI prompts or moderation areas.

6. AI-Generated Content

CML uses artificial intelligence technologies to support educational content generation. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or require human review. All educational content should be reviewed by authorised users before classroom use.

7. Safeguarding & Moderation

CML operates moderation and safeguarding review workflows. We reserve the right to remove, restrict, moderate, suspend, or investigate content or accounts where safeguarding, governance, security, or misuse concerns arise.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, software, educational workflows, designs, and proprietary content belonging to CML remain the intellectual property of CURIOUS MINDS LAB LTD unless otherwise stated.

9. User Content

Users retain responsibility for content they create, upload, review, or approve within the platform. By using the platform, users grant CML a limited right to process such content for operational, safeguarding, moderation, and service improvement purposes.

10. Availability & Changes

CML may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue parts of the platform, pilot programme, or services at any time without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CURIOUS MINDS LAB LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or educational outcomes arising from use of the platform.

13. Third-Party Services

CML uses third-party technology providers including OpenAI, Supabase, and Vercel to support platform functionality.

14. Termination

CML reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, pilot access, or platform usage where these Terms are breached or safeguarding/security concerns arise.
