1. Introduction

These Pilot Programme Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Curious Minds Lab (CML) pilot programme. By registering interest in or participating in the pilot programme, participants agree to these terms.

2. About the Pilot Programme

The CML pilot programme is intended to support testing, feedback collection, educational review, safeguarding review, and product evaluation during the development of the platform.

  • Early access to platform features
  • Educational testing and feedback
  • Curriculum review activities
  • Governance and safeguarding discussions
  • Product research and development

3. Eligibility

The pilot programme is intended for authorised adult users including teachers, school leaders, educational organisations, approved administrators, parents, and approved partners. Student self-registration is not permitted. Controlled student access is teacher-managed, code-based, and limited to assigned educational experiences.

4. Pilot Nature of Services

The platform is currently under active development. Features, content, workflows, and functionality may change, be modified, be suspended, or be removed during the pilot period. CML does not guarantee uninterrupted access, final production stability, or availability of specific features during the pilot phase.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Use the platform responsibly.
  • Review AI-generated educational content before use.
  • Avoid uploading harmful or unlawful material.
  • Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive pupil information into AI prompts.
  • Comply with safeguarding and educational responsibilities.

6. AI-Generated Content

CML uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate educational content. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or require human review. Participants remain responsible for reviewing educational suitability, safeguarding considerations, and classroom appropriateness before use.

7. Safeguarding & Moderation

CML operates moderation and safeguarding workflows designed to support safe educational use. CML reserves the right to moderate, restrict, suspend, investigate, or remove content, accounts, or pilot access where safeguarding, governance, misuse, or security concerns arise.

8. Feedback & Product Development

Participants may provide feedback, suggestions, educational insights, governance feedback, safeguarding recommendations, or product improvement ideas. Feedback may be used by CML to improve the platform, workflows, moderation systems, governance controls, and educational functionality.

9. Data Protection

Personal data and platform information are processed in accordance with the CML Privacy Policy. Participants acknowledge that AI prompts, moderation metadata, audit logs, and educational configuration data may be retained for governance, safeguarding, operational, and platform improvement purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform software, workflows, branding, AI systems, moderation systems, and educational tooling remain the intellectual property of CURIOUS MINDS LAB LTD unless otherwise stated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CURIOUS MINDS LAB LTD shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, educational, or operational outcomes arising from participation in the pilot programme.

12. Suspension or Termination

CML may suspend, restrict, or terminate pilot access where safeguarding concerns, misuse, governance risks, security concerns, or operational changes require modification of the pilot programme.

13. Future Services

Participation in the pilot programme does not guarantee future access, pricing, commercial terms, or continued service availability once the platform moves beyond pilot stage.

14. Governing Law

These Pilot Programme Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
